Lakeville Rotary Foundation Scholarships
 
Camp Enterprise -  Fall- Camp Enterprise is an extensive three-day camp offering students the opportunity to participate in leadership activities focusing on the Free Enterprise System. www.campenterprise.org - Lakeville Rotary Club sponsors two students from Lakeville North and Lakeville South High Schools.

Camp RYLA  (Rotary Youth Leadership Award)  - Spring- Camp RYLA  is a five-day camp which strengthens leadership skills and capabilities of high school students through physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual challenges.  There is an emphasis on problem solving, teamwork, and interaction with other outstanding students and volunteer counselors and presenters. www.campryla.com - Lakeville Rotary Club sponsors one student from Lakeville South and Lakeville North High Schools.

"Service Above Self"
  Scholarship presented to one student from Lakeville South and Lakeville North High Schools. Criteria are Unique Leadership skills/achievements in the community, volunteerism, helping others, entrepreneurial spirit and attitude, future plans, overcoming obstacles (financial or otherwise), and need. 

Applications due to the Lakeville High Schools and Awards will be presented at the High Schools award nights in May.

STRIVE (Students Taking Renewed Interest in the Value of Education) Scholarships - $1000 scholarships presented to selected participants in the STRIVE program.

STRIVE Scholarship Objectives:To Reward Behavioral & Scholastic Improvement.
 

Several scholarships will be provided to a number of successful students. The Rotary Club of  Lakeville organizes the program.The funds for the scholarship are provided by the Rotary Club of Lakeville and the scholarship will be paid directly to an accredited post-secondary institution, in the name of the student, and is applied to the entrance fee for a minimum 20 week post-secondary training or educational program. 

Ron Oliphant Scholarship - $1500 scholarship presented to one STRIVE student from Lakeville North and Lakeville South High Schools.


Rotary District 5960 Global Grant Scholarship- Global grants must relate to one or more of the six areas of Rotary focus, have a long-term impact and must be for a graduate level program.

Global grants must be sustainable and measurable (How will the scholar's studies support one or more of the areas of focus?); A global grant's minimum financing is $35,000.

Rotary District 5960 Peace Fellowship -The Rotary World Peace Scholarship offers offer 60 individuals committed to peace and conflict resolution the opportunity to earn a two-year master's level degree in international studies, peace studies and conflict resolution at one of the Rotary Center's University partners.Learn more about Rotary's Peace Fellowship.
