Todd grew up in Lakeville but moved out of the city to the country his sophomore year of high school. He graduated from Lakeville Senior School before completing his college education at Normandale CC and Mankato.  After college, Todd spent 10 years in the Army National Guard, two years active duty (NG) and did two tours in the 1990-91 Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He married his wife, Anne in 1998 and now has two wonderful kids Emma (16) and his son Josh (15). Currently they are living in New Prague.

Todd began working for Dicks Sanitation in 2000 as an Account Executive. Todd was also a driver for Dicks Sanitation for 5 years and took a leave of absence until his knees where better. Todd is always looking for an opportunity where he can give back to the Lakeville Community.  Todd loves to introduce himself as, Todd Anderson -Trash Talker.
