Community Service

Join us as we work together on the Amazing Playground 2.0 in Steve Michaud Park or planting a pollinator garden in Valley Lake Park, ringing-the-bell for the Salvation Army, Adopt-a-Highway, fall blood drive, and providing financial grants to local non-profits.

Vocational Service

Incorporating the Rotary Four-Way Test of ethical behavior into life’s of young people with our Fall Ethics Workshop open to Lakeville junior and senior students.

Youth Services
Participate in Rotary Youth Exchange (the largest international exchange student program), sponsor area youth for RYLA, a youth leadership training experience, sponsor area youth for Camp Enterprise, a youth leadership activities focusing on the Free Enterprise System, STRIVE (Students Taking Renewed Interest in the Value of Education) mentoring of senior students to discover their own inner strengths and talents in order to increase their personal and academic achievement.  Student of the Month, each month during the school year the Rotary Club of Lakeville honors outstanding students from Lakeville North and South High Schools for their school and community involvement, activities, academics, and leadership skills.

International Service
Help us eradicate polio from the world, bring shelter and assistance to victims of natural disasters, feed and educate third world children, bring clean water to those in need. Rotary Matching grants make our dollars go far. This past year we have worked on world service projects in Haiti with a focus on saving mothers and children, Jamaica, Great shape Project, Friendship Exchange with Romania, Sri Lanka Literacy Project, Fast for Hope in Nicaragua.
