The Twin Cities Nonviolent organization is coordinating “10 Days Free from Violence” to be held from September 21-30. These 10 days offer Rotarians an opportunity to learn more about creating peace in their environment and the world.

Consul Pengelly is the Consul and Program Manager responsible for political/economic relations and public affairs at the Consulate General of Canada in Minneapolis, MN.
Mr. Pengelly began his career with the Canadian federal government in 1989 and has served as Deputy Director with the North America Policy and Relations Division at Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa, and as Consul (Political/Economic) with Canada’s Consulates General in Minneapolis, MN and in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining the Canadian Foreign Service, Robert was a senior official with Canada’s Competition Bureau where he was responsible for the negotiation of international agreements and bilateral cooperation initiatives. He has represented Canada at the OECD and in other international for addressing antitrust, trade and consumer protection issues.
