•Lowest rated service in Lakeville
•Cable television (11% Excellent, 29% Good, 37% Fair, 23% Poor)
•City vs. Federal
•88% rate “value of services provided” by City as Excellent or Good
•51% say the same about the Federal Gov
•Online survey skewed more female (59% online vs. 51% mail) and fewer cell phone users (68% online vs. 78% mail)
•71% had not volunteered to some group/activity in Lakeville in last year
